A new decade will begin, marked by the end of the Bulls and Jordan air, new teams can now dominate.

The 00's

    And it is besides from the beginning of the decade that the Lakers of the tandem Shaquille O'Neal/Kobe Bryant will crush the league winning the championship 3 years in a row (2000, 2001, 2002). This team is quite particular since it is well known that the two players do not get along at all and this gives a particular character to their victories. However, the group did not last and Shaq left for the Miami Heat to win another ring in 2006 while Kobe spent his entire 20 seasons in Los Angeles winning two more championships in 2009 and 2010. 

Now we'll talk about the other very dominant franchise in those years winning the championship in 1999, 2003, 2005 and 2007, Tim Duncan's San Antonio Spurs along with Tony Parker, Manu Ginobilli and David Robinson at the beginning. The Spurs are not a very flashy team with exuberant players and a fairly classic game, a perfect opposite to the aforementioned Lakers. The fact that they are based in a small market like San Antonio doesn't help their media exposure, however it is undeniable that this team has made its mark on the NBA and has been a model of stability as evidenced by the fact that they have been in the playoffs every year for a record 20 years.

Tradition obliges, let's talk about another historical Draft in the decade, the 2003 Draft which also includes a multitude of excellent players such as Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade Carmelo Anthony and of course the player who can perhaps compete with Michael Jordan on the G.O.A.T. debate, I'm talking of course about King Lebroooon James! This last one from Ohio will be the first choice of the draft and will go to Cleveland, in his state, to try to straighten this team which didn't win anything since his arrival in the league, the task will be complicated but we will talk about it later.
